Amy has 20 years experience in the interior design field. She has worked for industry giants, Wilson & Associates and Lawrence Lee Associates & has worked with clients all over the world, including Las Vegas, New Dehli, London & Abu Dhabi. She received her undergraduate from UNLV & her interior design degree from UCLA's Extension Program, which is nationally accredited.
She is licensed & registered in the state of Nevada & Minnesota & is NCIDQ certified.

Full Service Design
DESIGN FEES STARTING AT $5,000
If you have new construction or a major renovation, this package is our most comprehensive design plan, and chock-full of the services you'll need to maintain a smooth process in conjunction with a rewarding outcome.
From project planning to completion, we work side by side with your Architect and Contractor to ensure that every detail is thought through. We seamlessly integrate the furniture and lighting plans, elevations, millwork details, and finish schedules; communicating each and every design detail in the construction documents.

DESIGN FEES STARTING AT $3000
Looking to fill your space with new furniture, drapery, decorative lighting, art and accessories? If so, this is the plan for you! We will take that empty space of yours and transform it.
First, we develop a beautiful design accompanied by a solid furniture plan.
Upon approval, we source and purchase all goods, which are then delivered to our receiving warehouse, inspected and stored.
Last, but definitely not least, we install everything at once, along with a guarantee of a thrilling reveal, synonymous to the ones you've seen on tv... fresh flowers, lit candles and all!
Hourly rate $150

You'll have access to our highly current and curated design library. Yes, that means you can dig through our wallpaper collection and tile samples!

1. THE INQUIRY
First things first, please fill out this form so that we can gather a little information on you and your project. We will be in touch to schedule the next step.
2. THE DISCOVERY CALL
You'll first schedule a 20 minute complementary meet and greet and to explore ideas
3. THE CONSULTATION
Next we will meet In-person for a paid consultation ($250) to discuss the details of your project including desires & limitations
4. THE EVALUATION
We will determine projected scope of work & present a project estimate
5. THE COMMITMENT
You'll review & sign the estimate + pay the design fee retainer
6. THE FULFILLMENT
After all the technicalities are out of the way, we’ll begin restoring, refining + reimagining your space!
Along with a signed proposal, an initial deposit will be required to begin services. This deposit is non- refundable. We bill monthly based on the hours worked. Payments are due within two weeks time, late fees apply otherwise. We accept credit cards with an added processing fee of 3.4% via Quickbooks.
We take our communication with clients seriously! It is so important for setting up expectations and a smooth process. We respond to emails twice daily at 11:30am and 4:30pm, M-F. A private Pinterest board will be created in the early discovery stage to get a feel for what you respond to and what you do not. All approved designs and budgets will require your signature before moving on to the next phase. We will have project updates emailed to you once a week and schedule in-person meetings for the bigger conversations or job walks.
